Service Description

Your in-office sound healing session is a deeply nurturing, nervous-system-centered experience designed to bring your body, mind, and energy back into harmony. Using tuning forks, and subtle vibrational techniques, Regina works with your body’s natural rhythms to help release stored tension, calm the stress response, and support emotional and energetic reset. These sessions are especially supportive for anxiety, overwhelm, emotional processing, burnout, trauma recovery, sleep issues, and feeling “disconnected” from yourself. Each session is intuitive and client-led. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on the table, while sound frequencies are applied around and on the body to gently entrain the nervous system into a more coherent, peaceful state. Many clients experience deep relaxation, emotional softening, mental clarity, and a sense of being “re-tuned” from the inside out. This is not entertainment-based sound bath work — it is therapeutic, trauma-informed vibrational care rooted in Regina’s background as a master’s-level acupuncturist and sound healing practitioner. Sessions are held in Regina’s private office space, offering a quiet, grounded environment for deeper regulation and integration.
