AcuTune Sound Healing Policies

Read the below policies...

At AcuTune Sound Healing, I strive to create a peaceful, safe, and respectful healing environment for every session - whether in my office or your loved one's bedside.  Please read the following policies before booking your appointment.  Return to the booking form page to sign and submit.  Once this happens, you agree to adhere to all policies.

  • APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, resulting in the full session fee being charged.  Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment time, due to the next scheduled client's time is respected and considered.  Please arrive on time to allow for the full benefit of your session. 

  • MOBILE SESSIONS (currently home, hospital, hospice situations only) - To ensure a smooth and tranquil experience during mobile visits, please ensure the space is quiet and free from distractions.  Pets should be secured in another room, if applicable.  If your loved one is a hospice client at home, no smoking is required.  Also for hospice clients, proof of hospice status is required if I am doing an at home visit. If family members are present, that's absolutely welcome and encouraged, but please keep talking to a very quiet, whispered minimum.  If children are present, please keep them occupied either outside or in another room for the duration of the treatment session.  I bring all necessary equipment, but please allow space for a massage table, if applicable.

  • OTHER NOISE - Mobile phones, TV's, gaming devices, etc. are required to be silenced or off during the duration of the treatment session.

  • IN OFFICE SESSIONS - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and turn off mobile devices.  Refrain from wearing strong fragrances or oils, as sensitivity may occur during sound and energy work.  A safe and peaceful atmosphere is maintained for all clients.  

  • HEALTH & SAFETY - If you are ill, contagious, or have recently been exposed to an infectious condition, please reschedule your appointment for a later date (this is the only exception to the 24 hour reschedule / cancel policy).  

  • HOSPITAL, ASSISTED LIVING, NURSING HOME, or HOSPICE visits - Please ensure permission is granted from whatever facility your loved one resides in before the scheduled time.

  • RESULTS FROM TREATMENT SESSIONS - Results vary for each individual.  These treatments are accumulative, therefore multiple sessions may be needed for beneficial and lasting results.

  • Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always honored during every treatment.
