Traditional Acupuncture Service Policy (Needles Only) Scope of Service This service provides traditional acupuncture using sterile, single-use needles only. No sound healing, tuning forks, bodywork, or adjunct modalities are included in this offering. Appointments & Punctuality Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent clients, with the full session fee still applied. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. This service is not billed to insurance. Health & Safety Clients must complete an intake form and disclose relevant medical history, medications, pregnancy status, or changes in health prior to treatment. Acupuncture is generally safe when administered by a licensed practitioner; however, mild side effects such as temporary soreness, bruising, fatigue, or emotional release may occur. Consent & Communication By receiving treatment, you consent to acupuncture services and acknowledge that results vary. You are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, concerns, or preferences during your session. You may request needle adjustment or removal at any time.
