Cancellation Policy

AcuTune Sound Healing Booking Policy At AcuTune Sound Healing, I strive to create a peaceful, safe, and respectful healing environment for every session — whether in my office, your home, or a care facility. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Appointments & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may be subject to the full session fee. Frequent late cancellations may result in a request for prepayment at the time of booking. Please arrive on time to allow for the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time. Mobile Sessions (Home, Hospital, Hospice) To ensure a smooth and tranquil experience during mobile visits: Please ensure the space is quiet and free from distractions. Pets should be secured in another area during the session. Mobile phones, TVs, and other electronic devices should be silenced or turned off. No smoking or strong scents (incense, candles, perfumes) during or immediately prior to the session. I bring all necessary equipment, but please allow space for a massage table or reclining chair if applicable. In-Office Sessions Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and turn off mobile devices. Refrain from wearing strong fragrances or oils, as sensitivity may occur during sound and energy work. A peaceful atmosphere is maintained for all clients, so please speak softly while in the office area. Health & Safety If you are ill, contagious, or have recently been exposed to an infectious condition, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. For hospital or hospice visits, please ensure permission is granted from facility staff before the scheduled time. Session Expectations Healing sessions support energetic balance and well-being but are not a substitute for medical care. Results vary for each individual; multiple sessions may be beneficial for deeper or ongoing healing. Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always honored during every treatment.
